Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and actions.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
- Possess a Property & Casualty Insurance license or willing to obtain one prior to employment if the agency reimburses you for the successful completion of it.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with computers and common software applications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.
