Customer Service Representative II

Responsibilities:
- Provide end to end resolution of Complex orders and complex customer accounts
- Handle tool rentals, exchange orders, component rentals, and PBH order Management
- Initiate Global Supply Chain orders to support return to service
- Interface with procurement department to expedite orders
- Provide Customer Quotations
- Sell and promote promotional programs
- Locate and track logistics details
- Analyze and monitor sales activity for trends and update management accordingly
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in logistics, technical or customer support areas
- Strong Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- SAP or other ERP Knowledge
- Associates Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 2 years SAP experience preferably in Sales and Distribution, customer service, or procurement
- Six Sigma
- A&P license can be substituted for 2 years of Experience
- Experience with Hypersosn or WebTEK preferred
