Job Opening: Customer Service Representative I
Location: Carson, CA 
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.20 per hour
 

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives (Level I) to join our client’s team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in customer service, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage data entry and correspondence across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer service via inbound and outbound phone calls and emails

• Accurately enter and update customer information in internal systems

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain organized records of customer interactions

• Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience preferred

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

• Professional communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Ability to type a minimum of 45 words per minute

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
