Advance Services, Inc. is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support leading logistics and distribution companies in the La Porte, TX area.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with customers, coordinating shipments, and solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $18$20 per hour (DOE)
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Provide excellent customer service to customers and carriers
Assist with shipment coordination and resolving service issues
Maintain strong communication and relationships with clients
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
Reliable attendance
Basic computer and office software skills
Logistics or distribution experience
Team player willing to help where needed
