We’re growing and looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming first point of contact for our customers.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our team, you’ll help keep our office running smoothly while delivering exceptional customer experiences:

• Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism and care
• Schedule service appointments efficiently
• Accurately create and maintain customer records
• Stay informed on our services to confidently assist customers
• Support daily office operations with clerical tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in customer service, administrative support, reception, or dispatching
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable using MS Office and standard office equipment
• Positive, team-first attitude
• Bilingual a plus
