- Help customers enroll, update accounts, and resolve billing or service issues, making every step smooth and stress-free.
- Record customer interactions and resolutions in internal CRM systems, keeping data accurate for follow-ups and reporting.
- Team up with colleagues and managers to improve support processes, helping enhance the overall Lumen customer experience.
- Communicate professionally and positively, reflecting Azul Connections Inc.’s commitment to friendly, high-quality service.
- Spot chances to recommend Lumen’s additional services, offering helpful suggestions that match customer needs.
Education & Experience Needed for the Customer Service Representative Role
- High school diploma or GED required; additional studies in communications, business, marketing, or customer experience are a plus
- Up to 2 years of experience in customer service, client support, or a related field, preferably in telecommunications or service-oriented industries.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail, particularly when handling service inquiries, account updates, and troubleshooting tasks.
