The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately, including product specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse customer interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand manufacturing products, processes, and technical specifications.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and/or ERP systems for order management and customer data.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and record-keeping.
