Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive Parts quote requests from customer
- Quote and received Purchase Orders for Parts
- Enter the Sales Orders in SAP
- Track the order ships within the quoted time frame
- Purchase Parts from the Factory to fill the order for parts not in inventory.
- Correspond with the Factory regarding identifying customer’s requests
- Filing, printing, faxing, e-mail
- Minimum of two years inside sales/customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office computer skills
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
- Perform clerical functions including filing, printing, faxing, e-mail
- Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels of the company
