Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing friendly and efficient assistance.

Listen carefully to customer needs and offer helpful solutions or direct them to the appropriate resource.

Accurately document customer interactions and update records as needed.

Assist with policy inquiries, claims processing, and general account management.

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment in our Fort Wayne office.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous customer service experience is a must.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

A patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions.

Proficiency with basic computer applications and ability to learn new software quickly.

A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
