Salary Range: $48000.00 - $150000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Welcome and greet every customer entering the dealership with a warm and friendly attitude.
Answer incoming phone calls, internet inquiries and directing them to the appropriate department or team member.
Assist customers with general inquiries, providing accurate information about services, hours, and location.
Address customer concerns and issues promptly and professionally, seeking resolutions that ensure satisfaction.
Schedule appointments for service or sales consultations as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
Support the sales and service teams with administrative tasks as requested.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
Proven customer service experience, preferably in a dealership or related environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for de-escalating situations.
Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with dealership management software (a plus).
A genuine desire to help people and create positive experiences.
