Customer Service Representative - Entry Level

We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative - Entry Level to be the trusted link between our firm and AT&T customers.
This entry-level role is ideal for candidates who possess excellent interpersonal skills and are great at providing excellent service.
The Customer Service Representative - Entry Level also plays a crucial part in elevating the customer experience and contributing to our team’s overall success.

Primary Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative - Entry Level:

• Engage with potential and existing AT&T customers in an in-person setting to review their current service packages and address inquiries.
• Provide personalized consultations to clients, identifying their needs and offering the most suitable AT&T telecommunications products and upgrades.
• Close sales with confidence and integrity, ensuring a positive customer journey from initial greeting through the finalization of the sale.
• Serve as an on-site product knowledge expert, educating customers on the benefits of AT&T fiber and other solutions.
• Process new service orders and account modifications accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in daily team meetings focused on customer satisfaction strategies and sales techniques.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all client interactions, upholding the image of Mountain Peak Marketing.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service Representative - Entry Level team to hit collective weekly sales and service goals.
