Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $40,000 - $60,000 (Base + Commission)
• Full-time, consistent Monday - Friday schedule

Responsibilities

What Youll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, youll be the go-to resource for our clients by:

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism and care
• Providing clear information about insurance products and services
• Troubleshooting and resolving product or service issues
• Documenting and updating customer records accurately
• Maintaining knowledge of evolving products, services, and agency processes
• Building strong, trusted relationships with clients

What Were Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
