Customer Service Representative - Entry-Level

We’re hiring Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives to support live events, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach programs. Key Responsibilities

• Represent our company and partner nonprofits at live events, fundraising campaigns, and community programs

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to attendees, donors, and supporters

• Communicate mission, fundraising goals, and campaign messaging clearly and confidently

• Answer questions and provide accurate information while representing organizations with integrity

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site coordination

Qualifications

• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable interacting with the public

• Positive, coachable, and eager to learn

• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

• Reliable, professional, and available for an immediate start

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, promotions, or fundraising is a plus but not required
