Customer Service Representative

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its team. This role is responsible for managing a dedicated group of customers, ensuring excellent service, accurate order processing, and clear communication throughout the entire customer experience.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where collaboration across departments is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a defined group of customers

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide timely updates

  • Enter, update, and manage customer orders within the ERP system

  • Review product documentation to identify correct components and configurations

  • Communicate solutions, timelines, and next steps clearly to customers

  • Assist with pricing inquiries and aftermarket product requests

  • Maintain and update pricing lists using Excel

  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical or order-related information

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment

  • Ability to interpret product documentation and part information

  • Comfortable working with ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities

Work Environment

  • Full-time in-office position

  • Schedule:

    • Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    • Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
