Customer Service Representative
A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its team. This role is responsible for managing a dedicated group of customers, ensuring excellent service, accurate order processing, and clear communication throughout the entire customer experience.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where collaboration across departments is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a defined group of customers
Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide timely updates
Enter, update, and manage customer orders within the ERP system
Review product documentation to identify correct components and configurations
Communicate solutions, timelines, and next steps clearly to customers
Assist with pricing inquiries and aftermarket product requests
Maintain and update pricing lists using Excel
Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical or order-related information
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Ability to interpret product documentation and part information
Comfortable working with ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities
Work Environment
Full-time in-office position
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
