About the Role
The Customer Fulfillment Team plays a critical role in the global supply chain by ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on timefrom order receipt through final shipment. As a Fulfillment Coordinator, you will serve as a key point of contact for retailer accounts and internal sales partners while supporting order execution, inventory coordination, and shipment accuracy.
This role is ideal for a detail?oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast?paced, customer?focused environment and takes pride in delivering reliable results.
What Youll Be Responsible For
In this role, you will have hands?on involvement across the full order management lifecycle, including:
- Serving as the primary contact for assigned retailer accounts and Sales Managers
- Managing account purchase orders from receipt through shipment to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and cost?effective delivery
- Entering and maintaining accurate pricing and product specifications
- Creating and maintaining customer profiles in the order management system to meet customer?specific requirements
- Ensuring proper dating terms and promotional programs are applied to all purchase orders
- Performing online stock commitment and allocation processes
- Researching and resolving domestic order and shipment issues
- Tracking special orders to ensure timely delivery for advertising campaigns, events, and customer promotions
- Coordinating and monitoring the shipment of allocated items
- Providing timely and accurate product, order, and shipment information to customers, sales teams, and management for planning and forecasting purposes
- Maximizing order fill rates for assigned accounts
- Initiating order changes or cancellations to prevent shipment issues
- Working closely with Distribution Centers to ensure purchase orders ship on time

- Associates degree in business or a related field
- 1+ year of experience in a customer support or customer service role
- Demonstrated growth mindset, including curiosity, continuous learning, and openness to new challenges
- Hands?on role within an integrated supply chain and fulfillment environment
