Customer Service Representative E-Commerce / Amazon Experience

A growing e-commerce and consumer goods company is seeking a Customer Service Representative experienced in managing online sales channels, including Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Manage Amazon orders, returns, and disputes
Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to resolve order issues
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-ups
Qualifications
12 years of customer service experience in an e-commerce environment
Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central preferred
Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail
Pay: $23/hr
