The Role (Your Day-to-Day)
You’ll be the first voice our customers hear when they need help. Your job is to bring calm, clarity, and confidence to every interaction while keeping the office running smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll answer calls, schedule appointments in ServiceTitan, support dispatch, update customer information accurately, and help make sure technicians and customers stay informed. This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, steady under pressure, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and online service requests with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently using ServiceTitan
- Support dispatching and communication between customers, technicians, and office team members
- Help customers with basic service questions and next-step guidance
- Handle customer concerns with empathy, clarity, and a solutions-first mindset
- Keep customer records, call notes, and scheduling details accurate and up to date
What Makes You a Fit
- ServiceTitan experience is required
- Strong customer service and phone communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced office environment
- Professional, positive attitude with a genuine desire to help people
- Confidence handling customer concerns while staying calm and respectful
- Experience in customer service, dispatch, call center, or office coordination is strongly preferred

- $16–$18/hour
