What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you’ll be the first voice our customers hear—and the one who makes their day better.

Your big mission: Listen, care, and schedule service that solves problems.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Converting inbound calls into booked service appointments
• Making outbound calls to past/current customers to fill our daily schedule
• Delivering clear, friendly, and authentic call scripts
• Updating customer records with accurate information
• Conducting “Happy Calls” to confirm customer satisfaction
• Resolving concerns quickly and positively

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is tech savvy (fast typing, phone systems, databases)
• Communicates clearly and warmly (both written and verbal)
• Shows empathy and genuinely enjoys helping people
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude
• Has 3+ years of customer service experience (home services is a plus!)
• Holds a high school diploma or equivalent

Hours & Schedule

• Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday rotation
• Standard service hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Typical shifts: 8 hours
• Expect overtime during high-demand seasons (paid accordingly)
