Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Draper, Utah. This is a customer-facing position, where the Customer Service Representative will work directly with customers to provide support, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of our team, helping customers feel welcomed and supported whenever they visit or interact with us in person. In this role, you will also provide hands-on assistance, helping resolve issues, share helpful information, and guide customers toward the right solutions.

Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative:

• Greet and assist customers as a welcoming Customer Service Representative
• Provide accurate information about services, account questions, and general inquiries
• Help resolve customer concerns in a professional and friendly manner by offering effective assistance
• Maintain a positive in-person experience for every customer interaction
• Document customer interactions and updates in the company system
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Meet service quality standards while delivering excellent support and assistance as a Customer Service Representative
• Assist with general front-facing responsibilities by providing reliable assistance to customers and team members

Qualifications as a Customer Service Representative:

• High school Diploma, GED, or equivalent education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in person with customers throughout the day
• Friendly attitude with a genuine desire to help people
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple customer interactions
• Previous customer service or retail experience is helpful but not required
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
