What You'll Do:
As a CSR, you’ll help deliver an excellent experience for every guest.

Responsibilities include:
  • Greeting guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Explaining wash packages and membership options.
  • Promoting Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
  • Helping meet daily sales goals.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized service area.
  • Working closely with your team to keep operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:
Ideal candidates are:
  • Outgoing and comfortable talking with customers.
  • Positive, energetic, and team-oriented.
  • Strong communicators who enjoy a sales environment.
  • Reliable and motivated to learn and grow.
  • Experienced in customer service or sales (preferred but not required).

Pay & Benefits:
  • $15/hour base pay.
  • $5/hour guaranteed commission for the first 90 days.
