Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Schedule residential and commercial moving services
• Provide information about pricing, availability, and services
• Update customer records and job details
• Coordinate with dispatchers and moving crews
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
