We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Cleveland, OH office. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, working directly with customers, and contributing to both service excellence and sales support.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and supporting account-related needs. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate information, timely resolutions, and positive customer experiences while also supporting ongoing sales initiatives.
What you’ll do a Customer Service Representative
Provide support and resolve customer inquires and concerns
Proactively identify and address customer service and sales issues while escalating complex issues to the relevant team members
Use advanced diagnostic systems and resources to troubleshoot customers technical issues
Respond to customer inquires about accounts, promotions, sales and offerings
Utilize our CRM tools to track interactions, sales, updates and customer feedback to keep everything organized and updated
Collaborate with fellow Customer Service Representatives in order to meet client needs, sales and team goals
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales and customer service processes by providing insights based of customer interactions
What you bring as Customer Service Representative
A high school diploma or GED equivalent
Experience in customer service or sales is preferred
Problem solving skills, while quickly identifying root causes
Clear communication skills both written and verbal with the capability to articulate complex information concisely
Organisational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple customer inquires at the same time
Comfortable using different CRM tools
