We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Cleveland, OH office. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, working directly with customers, and contributing to both service excellence and sales support.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and supporting account-related needs. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate information, timely resolutions, and positive customer experiences while also supporting ongoing sales initiatives.

What you’ll do a Customer Service Representative


  • Provide support and resolve customer inquires and concerns

  • Proactively identify and address customer service and sales issues while escalating complex issues to the relevant team members

  • Use advanced diagnostic systems and resources to troubleshoot customers technical issues

  • Respond to customer inquires about accounts, promotions, sales and offerings

  • Utilize our CRM tools to track interactions, sales, updates and customer feedback to keep everything organized and updated

  • Collaborate with fellow Customer Service Representatives in order to meet client needs, sales and team goals

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales and customer service processes by providing insights based of customer interactions

What you bring as Customer Service Representative 

 

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent 

  • Experience in customer service or sales is preferred 

  • Problem solving skills, while quickly identifying root causes

  • Clear communication skills both written and verbal with the capability to articulate complex information concisely

  • Organisational and time management skills 

  • Ability to manage multiple customer inquires at the same time 

  • Comfortable using different CRM tools
