Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate must be able to perform the following:
- Work directly with customers on orders, quotes, and sales leads
- Needs to have customer service or sales experience in a wholesale industry.
- Customer service and sales experience in the product sales industry in BTB environment.
- Maintain and strengthen active customer relationships while re-engaging inactive accounts
- Prepare accurate quotes and identify upselling opportunities
- Resolve order-related issues in a timely and professional manner
- Respond promptly to emails, phone calls, and other communications
- Answer incoming calls and assist will-call customers
- Learn and maintain knowledge of all products offered in order to properly inform customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor
- Manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Prioritize workload, track due dates, and ensure projects are completed accurately from start to finish
- Minimum of 2 years of account management or sales experience in an office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated sense of urgency, efficiency, adaptability, and accuracy
- Professional attitude with a commitment to excellent customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with UPS, FedEx, and QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
