Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and inventory.
- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate with warehouse and transportation teams to resolve order or delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Track shipments and follow up on discrepancies or delays.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
- Provide professional, timely, and courteous customer support.
- Previous customer service experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, WMS & SAP experience)
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Mid shift - Monday - Friday, 2pm - 11pm
- $18.50/hour
