Apple Outdoor Supply, a division of Blevins, Inc., a financially strong, privately owned wholesaler of building supplies, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Camp Hill, PA branch. Your primary focus will be on delivering top-notch customer service that meets or exceeds the high standards set by these marketplaces. This role is absolutely critical to ensuring a seamless, efficient, and highly satisfactory experience for our valued customers. You'll also be a key player in driving sales and helping us achieve our business goals through these channels.
We are Apple Outdoor Supply, since 1997, we have been a wholesaler of Shed, Barn, & Playset hardware and essentials. Under umbrella of Blevins, Inc. which is a private and family-owned company headquartered in Nashville, TN. Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
Primary responsibilities include:
- Utilize provided reports to enhance inside sales
- Maintain and nurture an established customer base through regular outreach via calls and emails, ensuring consistent communication and support.
- Handle order entry and preparation of quotes with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely processing of customer requests.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions that uphold our commitment to excellent service.
- Perform various administrative duties
- Work hand in hand with the Outside Sales force.
- Stay informed about our product offerings and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support to customers.

Requirements
- High School or equivalent education
- Data Entry skills required
- Familiarity with hardware and building supplies is a plus.
- Basic PC skills required, including proficiency in MS Office and internet applications
- Acumatica experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Prior customer service background required
- Great organizational skills required
- Professional phone etiquette skills a must
- Ability to consistently maintain orderly paperwork
