JOB SUMMARY: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role involves working closely with customers and internal teams to provide timely and accurate support in a fast-paced environment while managing order entry, tracking, and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities: Answer customer calls promptly and efficiently Process customer orders via phone, fax, and EDI systems Enter and manage standing orders and special pricing agreements for assigned regions Track orders and provide delivery information to customers Support field sales and service teams with inquiries and order placement Provide proof of delivery and shipment details as needed Maintain high levels of accuracy in order processing and documentation Develop knowledge of products and special projects as required Resolve customer issues and inquiries effectively Required Qualifications: Strong customer service and communication skills High school diploma or equivalent required.
