Uline is hiring Customer Service Representatives in Braselton, GA. In this role, you will support customers by processing orders, resolving inquiries, and delivering a high-quality service experience through phone, email, and chat. Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Prior customer service or call center experience preferred (training provided)
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to assist customers through phone, email, and chat channels
Basic computer skills and ability to learn customer service systems and online ordering platforms
Ability to work onsite at the Braselton, GA office
Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer without sponsorship
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders, returns, and inquiries within a collaborative call center environment using advanced technology
Provide customer support through phone, email, and live chat channels
Assist customers with navigating the company website and online ordering platform
Develop strong product knowledge to accurately answer questions regarding products, pricing, availability, and shipping
Deliver prompt, professional, and solution-focused service to ensure an exceptional customer experience
