We are looking for a Customer ServiceRepresentative (CSR) for our office in South Austin,Texas . The main duties including handling phone calls from our customers and assisting them with their questions or concerns and working to resolve any problems they raise concerning service or billing. This is a very fast paced position similar to a call center position typically handling 50+ calls a day. This position is a Monday-Friday, hours are Mon-Friday 8:00AM-5PM.
