Tiff's Treats is your very own Austin-grown cookie delivery company! We make delicious cookies and brownies, from scratch, and then deliver them warm to our customers in their offices and homes. We need folks to take orders cheerfully and help customers create those happy moments!

Customer Service Representatives earn $15/hour.

Tiff's Treats is looking for: Full Time Customer Service Representatives (30-40 hours a week), days and nights, flexibility is a must


Requirements of our Customer Service Reps:

• Take orders completely, accurately, and quickly with a friendly and helpful attitude
• Ability to sit at a desk taking back-to-back calls in front of a computer for entire shift
• Perform side duties between calls such as folding boxes
• Keep desk area clean and organized
• Adherence to all customer service guidelines and order-taking policies
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Gmail)
• Understanding of basic internet browsing
• Fast and accurate keyboarding skills
