Title: Remote Customer Service Representative
Location: Framingham, MA 01702
Schedule: M-F 9:30 am-6 pm
Type: 6-month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion
Hourly rate: $17-$18 an hr
Start date: Immediate

Our client is a healthcare company focused on transforming the treatment of cardiovascular disease and related diseases with novel diagnostics, reports, and a personalized, scientifically designed nutrition and lifestyle program. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for the day-to-day interaction between the company and its customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the day-to-day interaction between our client and their customers to ensure a consistent and compelling customer experience.
  • Interact with internal and external customers in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to inbound calls, outbound calls, faxes, and emails, resolving TIQs, responding to internal and external inquiries, troubleshooting and problem-solving, interfacing with the sales force, and meeting standards for excellent quality.
Requirements:
  • Associate/Bachelor's Degree with no experience OR HSD with 1 year of Customer Service Experience
  • Looking for someone who is flexible and adaptable, able to switch gears quickly, and who works well under pressure.
  • Ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills,
  • Solid interpersonal skills with a proven record of working within a team setting.
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to handle conflicting priorities.
