What You'll Be Doing as an AT&T Customer Service Representative:

  • Provide direct, face-to-face support to our sales team in the field, helping them close sales and manage customer accounts.

  • Assist with customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of all sales paperwork.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for sales reps, addressing their questions and providing real-time solutions.

  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate data.

  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule and prepare for customer appointments.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve administrative issues that may arise during the sales process.

  • Generate weekly sales reports and analyze data to provide insights to management.

  • Participate in team meetings alongside fellow Sales Support Representatives to contribute ideas for process improvement.

 

Qualifications to be an AT&T Customer Service Representative:

  • A passion for working with people and helping others succeed.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
