Responsible for performing various financial transactions while delivering exceptional customer service, the Customer Service Representative serves as a trusted resource for customer needs. Duties of this position include: 

  • Provide prompt, professional customer service by assisting with account inquiries, service requests and issue resolution. 
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers, vendors and visitors; answer incoming calls and route inquiries to appropriate staff while providing accurate and timely responses. 
  • Maintain, balance, and verify cash drawer within established variance limits. Count, wrap and bag coin as needed. 
  • Identify customers' financial service needs. Recommend relevant products, services and promotional offerings. 


A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous customer service experience is preferred.,
