What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and comfortable using computers.
  • At least 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • Experience with order entry processes.
  • Effective typing skills to handle inquiries swiftly and accurately.
