Consumer Collection Management has Immediate Openings for fast paced, motivated individuals looking for steady employment.

$20.00/hour to start, Base salary + Commission  

Location: 2333 Grissom Dr, Ste 100, St Louis, MO 63146 

Full-Time Positions Available 

Candidates with collections, account receivable, or interested in gaining call center experience are encouraged to apply for our rewarding Account Representative positions.

Responsibilities 

Our Account Representatives: 

• Provide outstanding customer service collections
• Represent many Medical Facilities and providers
• Motivate and guide customers through the collections process
• Educate customers on available payment options
• Discuss sensitive financial situations
• Perform data entry on customer accounts in collections
• Provide positive collections experience for customers
