Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing customer interactions, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict service level agreements. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries (quotations, orders, complaints, and information requests) via phone and email in a timely and professional manner Process and manage order entry, updates, and changes with high accuracy Maintain and track customer orders throughout the shipping process Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Technical Support, Product Management, and Data Management Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and actions taken Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and internal processes Handle multiple customers, markets, and segments effectively Required Skills: Strong data entry and order management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability Preferred Skills: SAP experience Experience handling quotations and order lifecycle management Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Required) Associate’s Degree in Business or related field (Preferred) Experience: 3–6 years of experience in customer service and data entry roles Soft Skills: Professionalism and strong work ethic Ability to work collaboratively across teams Adaptability and flexibility Strong interpersonal skills Education: High School
