Customer Service Associate Responsibilities
- Assist with community outreach events and deliver brief, informative presentations
- Support client engagement efforts to increase brand awareness and outreach
- Participate in company-provided training on sales, marketing, and compliance standards
- Work with training managers to analyze sales performance and improve customer retention
- Maintain on-site compliance standards with charity and retail partners
- Ensure high-quality customer service and professional representation at all times
Customer Service Associate Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Ability to take initiative and solve problems effectively
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Previous customer service or client-facing experience is a plus, not required
Customer Service Associate Requirements
