Were seeking a motivated and organized Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, youll be the first point of contact for clients, helping them with policy updates, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience. Youll work alongside experienced agents in a positive, fast-paced office where collaboration and growth are encouraged.

  • Base pay: $35,000-$45,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients by phone, email, or in person
  • Schedule and confirm client appointments to keep agents calendars full
  • Process incoming policy changes and endorsements accurately
  • Maintain organized records and ensure smooth office operations
  • Support team members in delivering an exceptional client experience
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
