Job Description

Pay: $15 - $19

Qualifications:  Prior customer service experience preferred but not required. Prefer High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.), current students are still encouraged to apply.

Duties: The Tennis Attendant is responsible for the efficient operation of the A.C. Nielsen Tennis Center front desk. This includes providing customer service to patrons that either walk-in, telephone, or email the Tennis Center. The Tennis Attendant greets customers, processes reservations, lesson fees, and rentals. Provides information about Park District programs, facilities, and events.

Work Hours: This position will work anywhere from 5-20 hours per week depending on employee’s availability and qualifications and the needs of the A.C. Nielsen Tennis Center.
