Core Responsibilities of a Customer Service Assistant
Answer customer queries regarding our service offerings, sales, account information and promotions.
Resolve customer concerns about account access or billing questions.
Report complex issues to senior Customer Service associates while ensuring a smooth customer service experience.
Explain payment options and account updates.
Collaborate with sales, customer service assistants and technical colleagues to ensure coherent service delivery standards.
As a Customer Service Assistant you will engage in ongoing training to enhance knowledge around best practices on customer support strategies and sales.
Maintain updated records of customer interactions in our internal databases and platforms
Requirements of Customer Service Assistant
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or sales is not required but would be a plus
Ability to multi task and navigate multiple systems
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Positive customer centric attitude
Detail oriented and organizational skills
