The Customer Sales Associate will then drive customer acquisition, assist with enrollment, and follow up to ensure every customer maximizes their AT&T Fiber experience.

The Customer Sales Associate will spend their time meeting Scranton customers, offering a professional guide to the world of sales and fiber connectivity. Responsibilities of the Customer Sales Associate
Interact with Scranton customers to introduce AT&T Fiber and provide helpful, easy-to-understand guidance during sales conversations.
Identify opportunities to match Fiber speed tiers and coverage options to each customer’s daily routine, supporting effective sales outcomes.
Strengthen relationships by maintaining a friendly, attentive approach that keeps sales interactions comfortable and productive.
Support customers through each stage of the AT&T Fiber sales process, from interest to final decision.
Track customer engagement and Fiber sales activity to ensure organized follow-through and improved sales performance.
Provide timely updates and recommendations that help sustain interest and encourage future AT&T Fiber sales.
Qualifications of the Customer Sales Associate
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
Ability to stay composed and helpful when answering customer questions.
Strong listener who identifies needs and aligns them with the right recommendations.
Strong time‑management skills that support sales flow and customer coordination.
