Collaborating with Customer Representative teammates to improve service delivery — teamwork beats solo troubleshooting!
Staying updated on AT&T products and promotions to keep customers in the know.

You’re qualified to be a Customer Representative if you’ve got:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (bonus points if you can explain Wi-Fi to a boomer customer).
Customer-first mindset with ability to build trust and loyalty.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without losing your cool.
Competitive drive to meet service and sales targets.
Previous customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required.
Team-oriented and adaptable — because even superstars need a co-star.
Professional, reliable, and committed to customer satisfaction.
We at S.Valley Mgmt Group know that representing customers doesn’t just involve solving problems; but it’s also about becoming their voice, their guide, and sometimes even their translator when “tech talk” gets tricky.
