Position Title: Customer Logistics Analyst
Location: Roswell, GA
Duration: 6-month contract with possible extension
Employment Type: Contract role on W-2 through Above and Beyond Talent Acquisition, Inc. (A&B Talent)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid role: onsite in Roswell on Tuesdays and Wednesdays; the remaining weekdays can be remote.
Pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00

Who we are looking for / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Word)
- Experience in a customer-facing role and/or supporting customers over the phone, with a proven ability to meet customer expectations
Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing:
- Manage customer purchase orders and process transactions in SAP throughout the entire order fulfillment cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while continuing to build proficiency in SAP and other order management tools
- Oversee the operation of the OCR tool, ensuring accurate and timely processing of PDF manual orders, including verification of order details, data entry, and record maintenance to support seamless fulfillment
- Perform manual entry of orders not generated through the OCR tool, including detailed data validation and coordination with the KCP Customer Care team to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate processing; identify opportunities to further automate processes using OCR
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including transportation, pricing, distribution, and cross-functional teams
- Own daily communication and resolution of order management and supply chain issues by addressing inquiries from internal and external customers
- Coordinate with internal Customer Care teams regarding returns, cancellations, quality complaints, overages, shortages, and damages
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs), including order entry cycle time and phone metrics (quality and availability)
- Support and assist with process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and embrace a LEAN culture
- Learn and maintain knowledge of KCP products to better understand customer needs and deliver high-quality service
- Support departmental objectives by participating in team meetings and required training sessions
- Maintain a high level of customer service across all job functions
- Act as a liaison between sales, distribution, planning, and marketing teams
