Key Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Specialist

  • Deliver flawless Frontier Fiber and TV activations, reinforcing customer trust and supporting Pomona’s market expansion.
  • Present Frontier’s technical advantages, including symmetrical fiber speeds and integrated TV streaming solutions, to highlight long‑term value.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in specialized sales platforms, tracking activations and customer engagement to meet compliance and quota benchmarks.
  • Resolve technical setup hurdles and account‑tiering inquiries efficiently, ensuring smooth transitions and completed enrollments. 
  • Promote Frontier’s promotional cycles, highlighting bundled TV packages and fiber installation incentives to drive customer adoption.
  • Develop expertise in residential telecommunications and consultative sales strategies, enhancing production and professional communication.

What We’re Looking For in a Customer Experience Specialist

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred but not required.
  • Experience in sales, retail, or customer support roles, with emphasis on performance targets and consultative engagement in residential connectivity. 
  • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills, simplifying fiber‑optic and TV technology into clear benefits for households while fostering customer loyalty.
  • Organized and proactive, capable of managing Pomona territory operations, meeting daily enrollment quotas, and maintaining accuracy in a fast‑paced environment. 
  • Ability to leverage Frontier’s promotional campaigns to expand territory penetration and consistently grow fiber and TV adoption rates.
