The Customer Enrolment Representative will be responsible for navigating the enrollment process with precision, ensuring that every customer in your territory has a seamless transition to the world’s most reliable connectivity. The duties of a Customer Enrolment Representative involve:

• Finalizing customer-facing enrolments for AT&T Fiber high-speed internet.
• Conducting direct sales presentations to secure immediate sign-ups.
• Managing the digital enrolment process from start to finish.
• Outpacing daily enrollment quotas to drive team leaderboard rankings.
• Identifying and upselling wireless bundles during the enrolment phase.
• Coordinating with installation teams to ensure quick service activation.
• Maintaining a "win-now" attitude in a fast-paced, high-volume market.
• Ensuring all enrollment data is accurate and compliant with AT&T standards.
