As a Customer Engagement Representative, your role is simple: help people feel good about staying connected. The Customer Engagement Representative shares the benefits of Frontier’s modern home services—fast fiber, smart Wi-Fi, straightforward voice plans—with honesty and enthusiasm, so customers know they’re getting speed, support, and simplicity in one.

Day-to-Day Duties of the Customer Engagement Representative

  • Match customer needs with Frontier’s fiber internet, phone, and bundled services to drive territory growth and service adoption.
  • Launch sales campaigns to generate leads, educate prospects, and promote enrollment across all service tiers.
  • Oversee activation workflows by validating eligibility, processing documentation, and coordinating internal service delivery.
  • Maintain CRM systems by logging interactions, tracking service milestones, and updating account records for campaign visibility.
  • Assist in onboarding by training new hires on CRM tools, engagement protocols, and campaign execution standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot service issues, refine sales strategy, and support regional expansion efforts.

What We’re Looking For in a Customer Engagement Representative

  • High school diploma or GED required; coursework in communications, marketing, or business preferred.
  • Experience in customer engagement, sales outreach, or account support, ideally within telecom, retail, or subscription-based environments.
  • Communicates with clarity and confidence, simplifying complex service plans and troubleshooting steps for diverse clients.
  • Maintains CRM accuracy with precision, ensuring data integrity across service milestones and account records.
  • Demonstrates empathy and adaptability, consistently learning and adjusting to customer feedback and campaign needs.
