Day-to-Day Duties of the Customer Engagement Representative
- Match customer needs with Frontier’s fiber internet, phone, and bundled services to drive territory growth and service adoption.
- Launch sales campaigns to generate leads, educate prospects, and promote enrollment across all service tiers.
- Oversee activation workflows by validating eligibility, processing documentation, and coordinating internal service delivery.
- Maintain CRM systems by logging interactions, tracking service milestones, and updating account records for campaign visibility.
- Assist in onboarding by training new hires on CRM tools, engagement protocols, and campaign execution standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot service issues, refine sales strategy, and support regional expansion efforts.
What We’re Looking For in a Customer Engagement Representative
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in communications, marketing, or business preferred.
- Experience in customer engagement, sales outreach, or account support, ideally within telecom, retail, or subscription-based environments.
- Communicates with clarity and confidence, simplifying complex service plans and troubleshooting steps for diverse clients.
- Maintains CRM accuracy with precision, ensuring data integrity across service milestones and account records.
- Demonstrates empathy and adaptability, consistently learning and adjusting to customer feedback and campaign needs.
