The Customer Care Specialist will be the voice of Verizon in White Plains who ensures that every customer feels heard, valued, and (most importantly) perfectly connected. Expect to handle inquiries and solve technical hiccups — all while making sure that every person you speak with walks away a brand advocate. Since we believe that caring for customers should be as rewarding for you as it is for them, this is a commission-based role that pays every Customer Care Specialist weekly based on results.

The Customer Care Specialist will work on:

• Provide compassionate, face-to-face care for customers upgrading Verizon services.
• Humanize Verizon technology through clear, helpful, and patient communication.
• Handle account inquiries with a focus on delivering a competitive "wow" factor.
• Exceed daily retention targets by proving the value of the Verizon network.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure a seamless transition for new supporters.
• Maintain a competitive edge by keeping the lowest escalation rate on the team.
• Document interactions meticulously to build a database of satisfied clients.
• Contribute to a culture that prizes both individual care and collective victory.

The Customer Care Specialist must possess:
