What a Customer Care Specialist Does

  • Manage the customer experience by guiding prospects through the sales cycle.
  • Drive revenue by identifying upsell opportunities that provide genuine value.
  • Consult with residents to compare their current service against Lumen benefits.
  • Build a personal brand of reliability and expertise within your sales territory.
  • Negotiate and close sales while maintaining a high standard of professional care.
