Job Description
** Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is looking for an experienced Customer Care Representative to fill a one-year remote contract assignment.
This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.

Requirements:
Primary Responsibilities:
REQUIRED- Experience with Lighting Services Program- Customer Service System (CSS), as this role will support high volume customer data entry and validation in preparation for the transition to a new Customer to Meter (C2M) system – Please provide the number of years’ experience with CSS.
Entering information into CSS for billing, connecting orders, repairs
Using CSS and other Lighting Services programs to research accounts to correctly bill customers
Additional Responsibilities:
· Responsible for managing a large volume of incoming phone calls
· Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
· Builds sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
· Provides accurate, valid, and complete customer information
· Meets service team sales targets and call management quotas
· Manages customer complaints
· Provides appropriate solutions and alternatives
· Following up ensure resolution
· Keep records of customer interactions
· Files documents
· Follows communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Does this position require driving (excluding commute)? No
Does this position require personal protective equipment (PPE)? No
