Schedule: 8-Hour Shifts | Monday–Friday | Overtime | Weekends as Needed

Job Summary

Artisan Millworks LLC is seeking a highly motivated Cabinet Installer to join our rapidly growing team. We offer great opportunities for growth and advancement. Preferred candidates will have prior cabinet installation experience. This position involves installation work in residential and commercial environments, including new construction, homes, commercial buildings, and office spaces. Candidates must have working knowledge of power tools and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Assembly and installation of cabinets

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and diagrams

• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues

• Perform quality inspections to uphold Artisan Millworks' high standards

• Apply critical thinking on the job to ensure timely, accurate work

• Collaborate effectively with coworkers and supervisors

• Resolve issues promptly as they arise on site

• Follow standard operating procedures

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Adhere to company policies and procedures

• Perform all other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• Preferred experience in cabinet assembly and installation

• Comfortable in fast-paced environments

• Open to learning new skills and cross-training in shop areas

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift, push, and pull over 150 lbs

• Able to stand, sit, walk, squat, and climb for extended periods

• Forklift and crane operation experience is a plus

• Physically and mentally committed to delivering high-quality work

• Able to meet strict deadlines independently
