We are seeking a skilled and passionate Custom Cabinet Builder to join our team! We have an opening at our location just outside of Elkins, AR in Fayetteville. Responsibilities

• Design and build custom cabinets based on client specifications and preferences.
• Utilize various woodworking tools and machinery to construct cabinets with precision.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials to create high-quality cabinetry.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
• Perform repairs and modifications on existing cabinetry as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually improve craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Proven recent experience as a cabinet builder or in a similar custom woodworking role (2+ years of experience required).
• Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with clients and team members.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in woodworking or carpentry is a plus.
